Appliqué

Appliqué embroidered emblems bring are made with 100% polyester threads and fabrics. Appliqué emblems come standard with industrial heat seal backing along with a sewn on border. Ideal for emblems used on industrial uniforms, bags, and sports jerseys or full sized biker back patches and rockers.

Knit Shirts

Knit shirt embroidered emblems were developed as an emblem solution for uniform rental companies, renting knit shirts. A knit embroidered patch gives a more discrete look while allowing the re-use of a garment. Knit patches are now used by a wide range of clients, ranging from rental companies or people who want a textured background to their design. These patches blend in great with both woven and knit.

Heat Sublimation

We recognize that there are certain designs that have too much detail to be clearly embroidered. We have the solution! Heat sublimation, also referred to as dye sublimation patches allows us to dye our polyester material with virtually any color. Heat Sublimation is great for life-like images, very detailed logos or for someone who wants their image on their garment.

Screen Print

With screen-print emblems, ink is applied to the top of the fabric to give your logo or design a bright, glossy sheen. These emblems are manufactured to withstand the harshest industrial laundering. Screen-printed emblems can be heat sealed or sewn onto any garments.

Furthermore, all our emblems are constructed of 100% polyester, giving each patch maximum color retention and enabling them to withstand over two years of rigorous industrial laundering.
